Spine3D Ecosystem — Therapeutic Module

Therapeutic continuity for your patient, even outside the clinic.

Spine3D Home extends every postural assessment into a guided therapeutic path. From the clinical report to home exercise, in an integrated ecosystem designed to support plan adherence and clinical continuity at the center.

The clinical context

An accurate assessment
reaches its full value
in the continuity of care.

Spine3D delivers high-precision three-dimensional postural analysis. Between visits, however, the patient is on their own: without a guided path, maintaining plan adherence becomes harder and clinical benefits risk slowing down.

"The patient leaves the clinic with a complete assessment. At home, though, they often lack a clear operational reference."
Therapeutic adherence is hard to sustainWithout a guided, monitored plan, patients struggle to stay consistent with home practice.
Fragmented clinical continuityPostural care benefits from regular exercise. Interruptions between visits can reduce the effectiveness of in-clinic work.
Follow-up with limited visibilityWithout dedicated tools, monitoring the patient between check-ups is complex.

The tool — Spine3D

Three-dimensional
and repeatable postural assessment.

Spine3D enables professionals to capture and analyze patient posture in a non-invasive, repeatable, fully three-dimensional way. It is the starting point of every therapeutic plan delivered through Spine3D Home.

Spine3D — Body 3D acquisition
Spine3D fullbody acquisition — 3D postural analysis

01

Fullbody acquisition3D scan of the patient in seconds, without physical markers and without specific preparation.

02

Three-dimensional postural analysis360° view, anatomical sections, reference planes, plantar center of gravity, and real-time spine reconstruction.

03

Non-invasive and repeatable examRadiation-free acquisition, repeatable at every check-up. Suitable for a wide range of patients and age groups.

The proprietary algorithm

From 3D acquisition
to the clinical plan proposal.

After acquisition, Spine3D processes the data through an advanced proprietary algorithm that classifies the detected musculoskeletal dysmorphisms and automatically associates the most appropriate postural exercise protocols. A structured proposal, always under the clinical control of the professional, that lives natively alongside Spine3D Home.

STEP 01

Automatic dysmorphism classification

The proprietary algorithm processes 3D acquisition data and classifies the detected musculoskeletal dysmorphisms, translating postural assessment into clinically actionable parameters.

STEP 02

Structured exercise proposal

The system automatically matches the most appropriate postural exercise protocols and generates an optimized plan proposal for the therapist, tuned to the patient's specific characteristics.

STEP 03

Clinical control by the professional

The healthcare professional retains full control of the decision-making process: they can validate, integrate, or modify the suggested plan, ensuring personalization, therapeutic adherence, and quality of the rehabilitation path.

⟐ DECISION SUPPORT — THE CLINICAL CHOICE REMAINS WITH THE PROFESSIONAL

The clinical flow

From the initial assessment
to home follow-up.

Spine3D Home integrates natively with Spine3D, building a guided workflow that supports the patient from the in-clinic assessment to home exercise, returning information to the professional to refine the plan.

The Spine3D ecosystem

An integrated ecosystem,
built around
the patient journey.

Spine3D is now present in many specialized centers worldwide. spine-3d.com informs patients about non-invasive postural assessments and directs them to the nearest center through a dedicated store locator.

Spine3D Home extends this ecosystem to the home setting, providing continuity to the therapeutic path started in the clinic.

STEP 01

Patient information

On spine-3d.com patients find informational content on postural issues and the value of a non-invasive three-dimensional assessment.

The full catalog is always available in the operator panel. Every exercise is classified by position (seated, standing, lying, support), anatomical area (cervical, dorsal, lumbar, shoulders, trunk, abdominals, hip/lower limbs) and required equipment. The library is continuously updated.

While building the plan, Spine3D guides the selection of the exercises most consistent with the patient's postural assessment, leaving the final clinical choice to the professional.

Features

Three integrated environments,
one clinical ecosystem.

Spine3D Home is organized on three connected layers: the clinical software used by the professional, the web management panel, and the mobile app for the patient.

Spine3D software

The clinical starting point. From the postural report you can launch the 5-step therapeutic wizard: consent, patient data, therapeutic plan, QR code, account activation. Integrated into the software already used at the center.

Operator panel

Web dashboard to manage patients, therapeutic plans, sessions, and messages. It lets you monitor each patient's adherence, receive post-session feedback, and adjust the plan promptly.

Patient app

The app installable on the patient's smartphone. Guided videos, dedicated timers, and detailed instructions for each exercise. Post-session feedback and messaging with the center, in a clear and accessible interface.

Adherence dashboard

Live view of completed, partial, or missed sessions and the subjective ratings collected after each exercise. Useful information to guide the center's clinical decisions.

Clinical messaging

Direct communication channel between patient and center. Post-session feedback automatically opens a dedicated conversation, supporting plan adjustments over time.

Guided onboarding

A 5-step activation wizard for each new patient: digital consent, access QR code, optional initial password. A simple activation path designed for the center's daily operations.

Center identity

The center's app,
under your brand.

Spine3D Home is fully customizable in white-label mode. The patient sees the center's logo, the professional name, and reference contacts; Sensor Medica branding can be reduced or removed, in line with the center's identity.
